Our roof was 15+ years old so we decided to go with a new roof. Luis and team went to work straight away, (Easter Sunday), and installed a new roof. The day after it rained - but my tenants were dry, no leaking roof, no more emails and phone calls from tenants about leaks!  New deck and stamped concrete patio. I got 2 estimates for the deck only, prior to speaking to Luis. Luis was highly recommended by a co-worker, so I got an estimate from Castle Rock. He understood my vision for the new deck and sent a 3-D workup. I went with Castle Rock instead of one of the other 2 estimates based on seeing my co-worker's and her sister's decks and concrete work, price, availability, and his understanding of my vision. I had additional add-ons to the project that I had not intended to do, because once the deck and patio were finished, underneath the deck and the outside basement wall needed attention. His workers were there on time everyday, and Luis stopped by every day to check on the progress and see if the workers needed anything. Luis is a man of his word and can be trusted to ensure the job is up to your satisfaction. There were a few minor things that I called him about, he explained that he was very busy, but would come fix everything as soon as possible. He and his guys did exactly that. I have other projects to do this year, and Castle Rock will be the one I call.

 We hired Castle Rock Construction to build a screened porch and redo our patio in our backyard. Mr.C******* and his his crew showed up early each morning and worked dligently into the late afternoon.At the end of each day we were informed about how the project was to proceed the next day.Neither bitter cold, wind,rain or snoe stopped these hard workers.Mr.C******* was not simply a superviser, but he worked hard alongside his crew much of the time. Project matierials were delivered on time and were exactly as we requested.The finished proudct and construction process were even better than we'd hoped for.We now have an attractive and inviting new space in our yard that is the envy of our neighbors. We highly recommend Castle rock construction for their professionalism diligence and a great finished proudct.
